President Trump was asked the question directly in a press conference on February 16, 2017.  He said he was unaware that anyone advising his campaign had contacts with Russians other than Michael Flynn.  Over the weekend, we learned that his son, Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort met with a Russian lawyer during the election in order to get damaging information about Hillary Clinton.

Reporter –“I was hoping to get a yes or no answer on one of these questions regarding Russia.  Can you say whether you are aware that anyone advising had contacts with the Russia during the election?”

Trump –“Nobody that I know of.”
